Davis & Associates, Inc. was established in March of 1992, by Bob and Debbie Davis. The early office was located in the basement of their home. Today, Davis & Associates, Inc., is located in a 4,500 square foot facility in Muskego, Wisconsin, containing a training facility, showroom, warehouse, and office space for all administrative and sales associates. The showroom and training facilities can accommodate over 50 customers for educational and professional training seminars.

In 2021, Paul Davis, their son, and Joel Mertz, a family friend since middle school, purchased the company.

The company focuses on representing the finest quality foodservice manufacturers in the industry. The company’s product portfolio consists of foodservice equipment, furniture, and supplies. The philosophy at Davis & Associates, Inc., is to provide prompt and ethical service to our customers in a professional manner.

Meet the Team

Partner

Paul Davis

Paul has been in the business since eight. Leading up to becoming partner, he filed paperwork back when the industry relied on paper, worked inside sales, and cleaned the offices.

After a stint as a middle school teacher, Paul started in outside sales in 2012.

When not working, he is raising his lovely daughter and writing novels.

Joel Mertz

Joel has been a part of the Davis family since middle school. After college, he joined Davis & Associates as an outside salesperson and now is a partner.

With a degree in business administration from Wisconsin Lutheran, he put that knowledge to use with Davis & Associates starting in 2012.

Joel spends his free time with his lovely wife and two kids. DIY projects are Joel's way of unwinding.

Inside Customer Service

Jeremiah Mertz

Jeremiah came on as the inside sales support for Davis & Associates in 2017. He has been an indispensable part of the company through thorough and hard work.
